About Kathleen

Kathleen is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Once out of college she worked in the architectural, computer aided design (CAD) and corporate interior furniture fields for many years. Kathleen is also a successful public speaker working in the profession for over 6 years. In 1990 she took time out from the corporate world to raise a family. Kathleen, her husband and two children live in a quiet country subdivision outside of Lansing, Michigan. She has over 16 years experience as a small business owner baking and catering for coffee houses and private parties while raising a very active family. Kathleen has successfully learned how to feed her family good, fun, and healthy food from home and wants to share her helpful and convenient recipes and techniques with you.
